Pino clearly has the incentive to turn this around, no question about
that.

As far as your other remarks go, Greenlaw returned a two week old phone call from an Atlanta airport line the last day of September knowing (from having talked to me on several occasions) that he would be asked how things were going. He would have to be a real snake to make a call he did not have to make, knowing he would lie by saying things were fine, and I would probably buy more stock as a result - which I did at 30. He just would not have bothered to return the call. Indeed, the fact that he did made his incorrect statements even more credible!

I am 100% certain that he is honest (if not humble), did not know how things were, probably because he had his eye on too many balls, what with acquisitions and expansion plans. It is one thing to have basically two guys running a $100 million one location company and quite another to try to do it for a $300 million multi-location company
growing by acquisition and expansion.

I think they have an inadequate management structure for what they are trying to do now. At a minimum, I would suggest they need a Chief
Operating Officer to help Pino manage the operations and expansion,
and let Greenlaw do a quality CFO job - better managing inventories and receivables, tracking day to day operating performance, sales and margin trends, etc. - and restoring control, consistency and credibility to this company.
