In a conversation at DESI it was confirmed to me, from a Lockheed team representative in attendance, that the next Symphony procurement will not include Allen Vanguard electronics modules. In other words, Lockheed had cut its ties with AV. One must suspect that Mr. Luxton had known about the terminated Lockheed relationship for a considerable amount of time. I am convinced that Mr. Luxton has misled investors over an pending order that he knew AV would never receive. Furhter, I suspect AV’s Executives, not imagining that diligence would last +3 months, were in a rush to close the deal with Versa before the market learned about the truncated relationship between AV and Lockheed.
