CLARIFICATION: I need to clarify the points made in my original post so that nobody gets any mistaken impressions from it.
First of all, the timeframe for the events referenced was late last year, before the Tailwind deal was announced. There was no intent on my part to suggest or imply that anything illicit or improper had happened there. Of course Mr. Luxton's purchase of a half million shares at that time was properly disclosed and published on SEDAR. It was also discussed in detail for some time afterwards on the SH board, so there was nothing secret about it.
The point I was trying to make, perhaps awkwardly, was that after hearing about this significant commitment made by Mr. Luxton in his company, many others who had some connection to the company also decided to invest and many of them are likely still shareholders today.
If anyone somehow misinterpreted the meaning of my post, then I am sorry and also apologize to Mr Luxton for any potential embarassment or hardship that may have inadvertently resulted.
There has been lots of emotion on these boards during the past week. Collectively we are all out a lot of money but we need to stay cool and focused on facts if we hope to make any progress on this.
