I agree "You lie" is a bridge too far. Unfortunatly all those non-white people do not know that Obama is selling them down the river. When these poor people have to buy their next set of tires and there are no cheap Chinese tires to buy due to the tariffs they will be forced to spend twice as much. When these same poor bastards have to buy their next clunker they will have to pay twice as much. When these same poor bastards are forced to buy health care or get fined. Don`t mention Obama was the anti war candidate. When have zero interest rates worked to bring an economy to a healthy position? John Chen on the The Residential Real Estate Crash Index said it best: Some one called Obama Bush lite and John answered "Don`t you mean Bush black?"

The non-mainstream media is stoking all of that hate, but they didn't create it.<< i think most people want to feel special and it is a whole lot easier to try and squish the next person instead of actually getting off one's ss and doing something special. wilson may be the biggest racist in the world, but his "you lie" comment, imho, doesn't prove it. tempers are flaring in this country the regular people are being locked in steerage and the banking / military industrial complex, pharma elite are being put out on the usa titanics life boats. this is an absolutely certainty in my mind - and i hope i'm wrong. in the meantime, 35 million people are on food stamps - and many of those are minorities and their situation has nothing* to do with wilson's "you lie" comment. fresno's farming community is shut down effectively to save the delta smelt - and you know as well as i do that obama himself would shoot each and every one of them out of the water if it was required to keep goldman sachs solvent. what percentage of minorities work for goldman sachs? what percentage of minorities live in poverty? oh, obama has money for the white man. ok, he's racist, right? helping rich whitey and forking over minorities. nope, he's just a plain old narcissistic, sociopath politician that only understand the concept of his perceived self interest. sometimes it is race. there is a reason why the wealth of african american family is about a single digit fraction of the wealth of the average white family. issues that can help alleviate that situation are worth discussing. using racism allegations as a cheap way to gain political advantage and shut the other side up or else they'll be called racists is not very useful, imho. it might feel good on an emotional level, but it isn't useful. the much bigger issue than "you lie" is why the president, regardless of color, gets to blatantly lie through his teeth with impunity and empty the treasury to feed a bunch of wall street gangsters (who happen to be primarily white guys - and the worst kind of humans around). i think the african americans want to know why their portion of the treasury has been looted in this manner a whole helluva lot more than why some congress person yelled out "you lie" to a president who was lying through his teeth. let's talk about that - something that really matters. i am quite sure that the poorest people in this country will be hit the very hardest when obama and crew (or his successor, regardless of party) breaks the bank wide open to feed the oligarchs and this country fiscally implodes. but hey, watching one's family starve in the street is worth calling old wilson a racist for yelling out "you lie" to an unrepentant, bold faced liar that is the current point man for looting the treasury. "we must pay as we go." "no tax payer money to bail out bankers." "i won't sign bills with earmarks." "lobbyists won't run my white house." "lobbyist meeting will be on cspan fo rall to see." "gitmo will be closed." "the health care bill is free." "the banks are solvent." "the may be recession over." and on and on and on... it is far easier to count the times he tells the truth. i'd assert that if you are OK with "your guy" lying through his teeth all the time, then you have ZERO standing to complain when someone you disagree with lies all the time.

let's talk about fraud perpetrated by the guy called out as lying... market-ticker.denninger.net $38 billion from the poorest people to the wealthiest people. what percentage of blacks are in the poorest group? how about the wealthiest group? wtf is obama doing allowing fraud to transfer wealth from the lower class to the wealthiest people on the planet? NOW THAT IS SOMETHING IMPORTANT THAT NEEDS TO GET DISCUSSED. but it won't be discussed. there are more important things to discuss - like wilson's comment, right?
