So the government should start placing blacks in all primarily white hoods? That would seem to be 'making race an issue'. I think we need a Cambodian in my 'hood... That would be clearly wrong. Government should be color blind. However, they should avoid housing projects near affluent neighborhoods, be they white or black, or nowdays mostly mixed. The fact that you think the governemnt should avoid placing blacks in white neighborhoods or vica versa, confirms that you are racist.
