Haven't heard Rush. But Jimma had no way of knowing what was in Wilson's mind and heart. So of course this is what Jimmy was saying. That even without proof he knows Wilson was disagreeing with Obama because of racism.

But of course Jimmy apparently also believes its OK to chase blacks out of your neighborhood.
