And I will tell you something -- Putin today is laughing his ass off at Obama in the same way that Kruschev laughed at JFK after their first meeting. That led to the Cuban Missile Crisis. This horrible mistake could lead to something far, far worse. All that aside, you NEVER, EVER negotiate something away like this without getting something in return. There isn't a used car dealer in the country that doesn't know this; and any salesman who did it would be fired on the spot.
