No, I don't expect another housing bubble in a loose credit environment. I do, however, expect the equity and credit markets to keep repairing themselves and attract more capital as they do. Too soon to say what the strongest drivers of economic recovery will be given the chopping off at the knees of the consumer and the craziest lenders. Time will tell.
