I believe I referred several times to 'funding, resupplying, and supplying aid and succor' and such. Words like that were in my original post, and in subsequent ones when you challenged me about it. So... no... I didn't 'change' any topics, I was consistent all along. (Now... if you merely picked one word out of the phrases that I used, and then argued that that one word was actually the sum total of the "topic"... I'd have to come back and say that it was you who 'changed', narrowed, or artificially restricted the topic from what it began as: 'funding, resupplying, and supplying aid and succor'. :-)
