The med diet is a Trojan horse.

It will lead people to live even longer and more miserable lives.

My son married a Sardinian, and I have gotten to see the Mediterranean diet first hand.

They are very active, eat whole fresh healthy foods they grow themselves, wash it down with additive free wine they make themselves and though they eat a lot of bread and cheese, they don't eat a lot of meat. They do eat lots of sweets.

The meat they do eat they often raise and butcher themselves (also additive free). Barbecued piglet is extremely tasty.
