Total stress, so be extra good to yourself...It is important, or otherwise, you won't be able to help anyone....Sometimes, we women are better off than you fellers...we can cry, stomp our feet, lash out somehow, but men always act like they are the rocks....they are, but they MUST let out the steam, or their bodies say....STOP....give it a rest.
