James: <fight for my 1:5 distribution?> You can bet on it. I transferred one account from Waterhouse to Ameritrade last Spring. My INCE shares from the last tranche have been in 'limbo' for several weeks. Finally, yesterday, they found them at Waterhouse. I won't receive them for another couple weeks, but at least they found them. Meanwhile, we wait for news and watch this stock slowly slump. I think that we are running into end-of-year selling now and the company may just as well wait until this is over with before announcing anything. Just my opinion. Now that EDVC is out of the picture, I wonder how we get rid of this shell? It contains no assets. I suppose INCE could take action to rid accounts of EDVC, but why would they bother? I'm afraid we own this thing forever and always. Lee
