Tom, I agree. First off, while there are reports of him being a "control freak" (heck, aren't many of us?), there are no reports of him ever losing his temper with anyone at work over the six years or so he has been there. As we also know, "passion" is much more likely to escalate to violence (e.g. crimes of passion).

Then there's this from the NY Daily News:

Even more damning than the pen is his swipe card, which indicates he spent nearly an hour in the room with Le's body after the murder. One can only imagine what was going through his mind. The swipe card records then show him suddenly moving from room to room, as if he were searching for a place to hide a body. nydailynews.com

How do they know he first killed her and then sat with the body? That's nuts. I can see doing a quick cleanup, but an hour is a long time to be sitting with someone you just killed. Unless he spent the hour cutting her up or something... but I've not heard anything like that. Yes, she was found in a tight space, but the fact he moved quickly from room to room meant he didn't have this planned in advance, hence there was no reason to "prepare" her for a given hiding place.

More likely they talked for most of the hour about something. I highly doubt they talked about lab protocol for that long.
