There has to be a better way to approach all the issues facing the SEC, at least a much better way then their past implementation. I don't have the answers but I know many of the obvious questions that are either not being asked or are not being followed up/enforced.

You may be right that a total change of venue is appropriate.

If the cancer in the agency is that pervasive then starting over may be the appropriate measure. Merger, take over, start fresh? No matter the choice, major changes are necessary going forward from here!!

For stock markets solutions are easy. All that is needed is computers that can count and balance against a relative float constant.

Maintain existing law governing stock issuance, seek compliance within supply and demand....if not, its all contrivance and counterfeiting.
