Profit! They can turn around and sell when its done and probably make a bundle on a % basis. Who says they are keeping their newly acquired shares as an investment? Some may, who knows.

Just speculation.

Why would Celcore Owners sell?

Here are some possibilities:

1. Liquidity
2. Limited equity financing available for growth
3. Their customer(s) want to buy from a more substantial (larger) company

Their motive for selling is not the same as others motive for buying DSC stock.
