Indeed, and that was discussed. Rationing isn't the problem with private plans that it is with a single payer system because you can, at least in theory, find a different plan. Plus it's an enforcable contract to which both parties agreed.

Still, but that's all very rational and mostly economic. The other outrage seems to come from someplace else.
