Why did obama bin lyin' cancel our missile defence shield in Europe, and on the very day of the 70th anniversary of when Russia invaded Poland? This lunatic obama is trying to alienate us from all our allies, but then becomes buddies with hugo chavez and that iranean nut case... the pattern is obvious, and talk about blow back, just wait until it comes back to bite us, it won't be pretty...

I would think by slowly overturning Federal Laws as unconstitutional as an overeach of the Commerce Clause. We've seen a little bit of it in recent years such as with the Gun Free School Zones law.
