The Tailwind deal died when it was proposed to Tailwind shareholders. They rejected it and then dissolved the company. Tailwind was a special acquisition company and when they couldn't find an acquisition acceptable to shareholders, within 1 year, they were set to dissolve.

I think tailwind was all smoke and mirrors. Someone is getting rich and it ain't us.
