Not to beat this pig to death but I think JXM picked the city of Perth because he's been there - it could be ANY city that had women. But it would have to be a place WITH women. He's been to some pretty remote places like the Outback and someplace in the Yukon that didn't have women - at least not that you would immediately recognize as women. :)
