She still needs to get out there more and participate in the public debate.

She is! She introduced the phrase "death panels" into the debate, and she won the point within a week.

I gather she is speaking and fund-raising for many Republican candidates, which is what she should do. She is collecting favors owed her, which she can call in when she runs.
