I put a real strain on NTW and it does not do that bad. Most of the problems are application based (such as memory leaks from large Access databases). While far from perfect, there are a lot of case studies that state the opposite of yours (look on the MSFT site). My opinion is that Aberdeen, like MSFT, has their own agenda in mind.
