If we the group of shareholders never got the tsx to stop trading on Monday, how up the creek would we be now. I really believe 99.9% his plan all along with versa was to gain 2/3 control on Monday. Their blackeye is prior NR,s stating a vote would be necessary to any deal. Why else as shareholders would of we stuck around for the past year or so. How can a stock go from .10 to .005 without manipulation. From reading his answers to the financial post on some questions, for me its gone beyond making a deal I would very much like to see jail time.
