The heisenberg Uncertainty principle (HUP) explains how somethink can come out of nothing. the theory is part of quantum physics. 99% of scientists believe evolution is a fact and the other 1% are crazy. Evolution is a fact because you can reproduce it in the lab. Scientists do it every day. If an experiment can be reproduced in the lab it is a fact, not a theory. Tell any PHD scientist that evolution is a theory and they will look at you like there is something wrong with you.
