Agree on all your points save one. When a JV comes into the picture we'll get a pop in the stock for sure. It may only be a small pop, but a pop nonetheless.

Sure, I understand that getting a JV does not literally say the same thing as we have brought up abc and that equals 123. BUT, if BCMD were to convince someone with alot of $money$ to give up some to BCMD in their projects, then(depending on the amount put up) that is significant to me and probably the other current investors of this stock. It tells me that someone with much money(assumption is they have brain 1 in their head) is willing to put it into this company. Now, that tells me they have seen(not heard!) what this company has brought up, about to bring up, or sitting there in the wall in plain view. It lends more credibility and makes me feel better that investing in this penny stock was maybe not such a bad idea after all. Like the deal with Ariel, it is better than nothing. It is my opinion at this time that no significant news will come forth before the signing of a JV partner, unless the signing takes several months. This opinion is for the next two weeks. No news or news on the JV partner. Just have this FEELING. Mill

Form DEF 14A for BRUSH CREEK MINING & DEVELOPMENT CO INC filed on Oct 28 1997 edgar-online.com Not sure if this was posted. Shows the major shareholders. There's a David Werner that owns even more stock than Ariel. Shows officers compensation too.
