iaden: Good suggestions but one step at a time. 1) Let's all register with Siskinds. Numbers count. 2) Siskinds will do their own research and decide if taking on this case is worth their while as they only get paid in case of a positive outcome. 3) If they decide to go for it, I am not sure if a "spokesman" is required and if so, there might be someone else much more qualified / useful than me. Siskinds will sort that out. 4) Siskinds directing people to this forum ... That's up to them but I somehow doubt it due to the anonymous nature of internet forums BUT I do know that they have been made aware of the forum. Most importantly: A class action (if it happens) is not the end all and be all. We need to continue what we started as in contacting as many people as possible. I am adding new contacts to the header as I get them. The more awareness we create with the media, government agencies, special interest groups and politicians, the better our odds of this deal being put under the microscope. That's what we want and need.
