Huh? Not ever heard that. a fop, yes. where have you heard anything about 'senile'? we are doing better with Pakistan with him than with the madman military man that was there before. but some people think all "Pakis" are insane, but then they are often the ones who think of Russia as some big bad bear yet haven't read Pushkin.

btw - I'd lodge such people under the category of always looking outside for some big bad fear because they themselves are 'insane' on some level.
