All we have to do is ignore the continuing inability to finance the debt we refuse to expunge from the banks' books

Could you describe that in more detail with specific examples from the large banks? I'd like to see just how that works.

Meaning it's not being financed now?

You may not like C's (for example) capital structure, but it's assets are being financed.
