The question must be asked why the state would have hired a twice convicted child molester. The question is easy to answer: Calif gov't is owned and operated by arch-liberals. Feliciano was a good fit for them, so they never bothered to check his police record. Or if they did, they still wanted him. After all, all those sex offenses were more than likely due to the disadvantaged childhood he probably had to endure through his early years. That was certainly no fault of his own. We must look the other way. These people are all brain-dead when it comes to their politics. And now they have an ally in the White House. Things are looking up, brother. Taro
