As Ned Davis said once the market declined below 6,850, you have to start buying in increments because you don't know how far below fair value the market will fall. In any event it was a decent long term investment.

Markets being markets, this buying engendered additional buying and the bounce ensued.

I would be very surprised if the market does not turn down for additional declines at some point.
