>> When have you ever condemned the Republic Party for anything???

Because I am center-right (rather than center-left), I tend not to "condemn" the R. party as a whole but I have certainly complained about specific Rs. I have complained about government spending under Bush many times dating back to his earliest blunders (e.g., the "education" bill fiasco). I am pro-choice so I disagree with pro-life philosophy except I am opposed to the more radical procedures like partial birth abortion. I disagreed with Bush on the stem-cell issue, as well.

As a centrist I'm comfortable criticizing either party when the need arises. But the fact is that that the D. party, as a whole, is very extreme right now. They have caused the economic disintegration of America, and if they are allowed to continue there will be no country left for my kids & grandkids.

I am just as opposed to the extreme religious right as I am to the insane extreme left which includes pretty much all the liberals on this thread.

It isn't complicated, I just see things more clearly than most liberals do. While I've criticized Clinton for lots of things (monicagate, 9/11 -- which would never have happened had he been on top of the situation, failed foreign policy in several areas), I also accept that during the 2nd term he did a reasonably good job on the economy, and frankly, I continue to think more positively of Clinton as time goes on.

I really don't have a lot of use for extremists on either side.
