approved sale Apr. 08. Did not sell last year expecting that there was going to be total collapse of the emerging market and IMF and World Bank would come on top as lice sucking the blood of the countries subject to capital flight.

It did not work.

Now need to sell gold reserves. I think they need the money to pay the utilities bill of thier offices. :-)
