I look at the place as a bay where the water rising, lifts my boat upwards. Brazil economy growing, the place grows. Elmat repatriated USD up.

More companies wants to put their headquarters there. We are increasing the office space since one reason why companies were not putting their HQ their was the lack of office space for 200 to 600 people.

First phase is almost ready.
The administration did its part putting the basic infrastructure. That area has many warehouses form the time a national highway passed there. (Now it by-passes the city) next they will put up buildings in the place the warehouses and toher low cost buildings are.


Companies are eager to move. São Paulo is too expensive. Has no quality of life. Has no place to grow.

With General Winter cold keeping the bugs out no need for armored cars. LOL!
