Ted Stevens was guilty as sin. Because of an overzealous prosecutor, much of the evidence, which was real, was inadmissible. So, Ted beat the case on a technicality, but was actually guilty. Just like so many criminals with great representation do.

Try again Hugh. (R)'s are major league felons.

Not even vaguely true. He plead guilty, and he was. But the Republican-run DOJ mysteriously made a lot of procedural errors that resulted in the case getting thrown out...

As it should have been.

"Your list is a lot, lot smaller without that case."
