I don't know how you could sell across state borders without driving the entire market to chaos. Do you have to change your car insurance when you move to another state? I don't know about yours but I have had the same policy with the same company for more than 40 years. It's a national policy with a few state particulars tacked on the end. I'm not even sure what they are. Obviously not anything very important. Move to another state, I keep my policy but the state particulars change.
