CLZR continues its recent UT without closing its Sep 9 UG. <g> The stock is stil up 17.07% with volume already > 1M > 2.5x its ADV bigcharts.marketwatch.com On Sep 9 was when ELOS announced that it was buying CLZR, and CLZR shareholders will receive 0.2911 shares of CLZR share, which valued CLZR at that time around $2.84 ( a premium of about 51% <g>)The transaction is expected to close by year-end and ELOS shareholders will own about 80% of the combined company. In spite of its 4Qs of lower revenues and the expected losses, ELOS is also up 17.10% at present.
