Jeff, if today is the first day where they couldn't print a cert due to no inventory, then it could be 6 days from now (3 required, 3 extended) that we will see the impact.

They might, however, start covering now in small pieces, so there isn't a sudden wall of buying volume. If they try to cover the first batch all at once, it could trigger a major runup from others jumping in, so I'm guessing they will make it as "quiet" as they can.
