Paul,

I wouldn't think it would be tax related unless they were selling at losses, perhaps with hopes to buy back Monday near same price. I really think the selling is panic by people that don't realize that the things happening on the HSI don't effect Deswell except positively. The HSI news this morning indicates the market is beginning to differentiate between Hong Kong companies, Red Chips, and China related companies like Deswell.

I look for positive movement today. In another week or so, all of this should just be history and things will get back to normal.

You just passed me on monies in DSWLF, but most of mine is DSWWF and it represents a far higher percentage of total holdings.

LOL,
Ron

Paul,

Another point. I watched the market closely yesterday and think you made some good buys.

Warrants opened with a sell down of 14,000 shares in first hour, then had no one willing to sell below 7.00 the rest of the day. Stock fell the 1.375 and met resistance. With allowance for profit taking from earlier buyers below this, the price is now showing some strength.

I had a GTC Limit sell @ 7.875 on the warrants I bought below 5.5 and took it off. Right now, 9.875 looks more right with the HSI stabilizing. This whole mess may be beneficial in the long run because there's more interest in China related stocks.

Just MO,
Ron
