Sid: Thaks for the financial info. Good report. One thing not mentioned was the revenue breakout between 0.35 uCmos and larger sizes. The maket for 0.8, 0.6, and 0.5 fab process has cratered over the ast 12 months. One one my customers saw a 50% reduction in a 9 month period on 0.6 double metal but was having tough ime lining up any 0.35 capacity. I guess we'll see some advertising in EBN if much capacity opens up. I suspect the profits from the USC fab will pretty much tell the tale on 0.35 over the next 6 months. I think the advance commitments are still in place i.e. "take or pay". Ken

BIG TIME BAD NEWS...company just announced they are restating earnings....bad recognition of earnings, to restate stock is held right now. No prints after hours.... Last at 8 3/4... news does NOT NOT look good. Another lesson in watching the tape. Please not that I had stated the stock was acting real bad today at about 3:30 before the close. Stock should be about 7 if its lucky tommorrow. Bernie is betting on 6. Bernie is the best. If anyone is concerned, I am in the offices at 5:30am every day. Call tommorrow. I am leaving to play some bball now. I will check in on the posts later this evening. I guess my estimate of 6 or 7 might come true. To those who were lucky, LUCKY enought to get out at higher prices, thank your stars. For those who disagreed with me and have ridden it lower, I really do wish you the best and would be glad to talk to you about the stock tommorrow.
