It is in industry's interests to have commonality, the states sure don't need the additional workload of reinventing the wheel, consumers would prefer commonality, the feds would like commonality, all the forces are in favor of consensus on basic elements of insurance policies. And in this wonderful 'trust us' world of commonality no company is going to sell a full or partial scam policy even though it isn't against the law? Come on now Lane... let's revisit human nature and take a look at the front page of the newspaper every day.
