It is a simple matter to say, "If you want to sell a policy in FLA then it has to meet these requirements."

I'm not worked up. And that's the status quo; any insurance company can sell in any state if they abide by the states regulations.

You obviously don't understand the issue. The whole point (by the right) is to avoid the individual states regulations.
