obviously anything impacting spending is a growth negative on the one hand.

but on the other there are some real questions remaining, at the moment, on the actual savings rate..which is to say, net money in the bank, or in gold, or where ever it may be.

would be kind of cool however, if there is a rise in net actual cash available, if not a single dime went into any bank, but was kept in some other class.

a nice big fat GFY to these bunglers and swindlers running the country.
