I think that MFNX would make an excellent acquisition for QWST in the foreseable future. However , MFNX still will not be debt free for sometime if you look at the SEC report. They're in an excellent business of course, and if they execute according to plan they may be a force to contend with in the NE.

Seems to me that MFNX doesn't have much to advantage or differentiate itself from other fiberoptic equipment providers. QWST has huge geographical and bandwidth ambitions with a plan for executing. I also wouldn't discount the advantage of using railroads for both rights-of-way and physical conduit protection.

I would not feel as comfortable buying MFNX, but if they execute well, they seem to have potential.
