the math does not lie.... so you can try to be as romantic and say you will fight for the country from the inside... yeah well... first you have to deal with this tsunami of red ink...

this is the most compelling argument, of course...

Cloward-Piven wins afterall.....

I do think that there is a large enough population that will fight becoming socialist. So what does it mean? Do we have a civil war? Does the country divide itself?

For me...and everyone else, it really is a question of when does the pain of staying exceed the pain of leaving. Those who have a lower tolerance of pain will probably be the best off as they will leave first.

i'm glad you moved to the land of the formerly free. maybe with your help we will regain our freedom.

there is one more way to deal with the debt. you suggested the two honest ways. the dishonest way is to devalue the debt through a weakening currency. i'm sure that we will do it the dishonest way. payback the debt in devalued dollars.

of course our standard of living will plummet like a rock.

really, i share your feelings toward our corrupt socialist politicians.

i never thought i would be in a fight against the communists in my own country. but i'm slowly coming around to believing i will have to fight..
