Another myth. You hear about less than 1/10 of 1% of the projects that the government actually does, and the vast majority come in on budget. They have a much better record than the private sector... where you never hear about projects coming in over budget, but they usually do.

What do you suppose these folks have against a public option? What interest do they have in a "for profit" insurance industry that takes billions in profit every year, limits coverage for its clients, makes our industry less competitive, and adds ZERO value to the delivery of health? do you suppose they confuse insurance with the health apparatus?

Not the big projects - the little ones sure, can't hide the slush funds as easily in a small project.

Name a large government program that's always under budget and well managed?
