Chances are that that the ones who do that will be weeded out naturally. Some innocents will be taken out with them, but there you go.

Beings taken out by a someone texting would make you collate-ral damage.

OT: I'm not worried. Here in California they've cracked down on people who use cell phones when driving.

It's a massive $25 fine.

It makes me feel secure when I'm riding my bike.
