Gib, you attribute anti global warming to "The irony of it is that big money and their right wing droids have done so much to call into question the motives of legitimate scientists working in complex inter-disciplinary teams with decades-long research agenda's". As if big money on both sides of the aisle aren't already lining up to milk the global warming cow. I submit that the left has their own self serving agenda when it comes to science. One easy example is that homosexuality is genetic. That theory(and I use that term with reservation) is used to push all sorts of social and economic agendas. Simply laughable.
