Maybe Andrew Freeman thinks it is a slam dunk? If the law is solid, he must believe he'll get paid, and I'm sure he'll ask for attorney's fees. Not to mention he must salivate at the thought of the amount of notoriety he'll gain via the Fringe Media.

edit: Just read Jonah Goldberg's take. It is a complicated matter, but if I were ACORN I'd have thought twice before I brought this suit. A good Defender could require all sorts of information be put into evidence. ;)

Greta says it's the dumbest thing Acorn has ever done. By opening their lawsuit the opened their entire organization to subpoena.
