IAC,

Dollar rally looks like it could be significant. Does 76 mark a short term bottom?

Now we have to figure out why. Indulge me when I state it is not for fundamental reasons.

1. The equity clowns know the rally is smoke, and they are closing dollar shorts, knowing full well that the players will knee jerk into the "safety" of the trusty Clownbuck. We find out the Treasury buyers pushing the 10 year rate down had it right all along.
2. The G20 agreed a strong Dollar is a good thing. That will last about three days, as each player considers that they will be stuck without a chair as the selling begins again.
3. The Fed and Treasury have taken the hint (which is probably now a crystal clear threat) from the real bosses that foreign funding is OVER.
4. Other?
