If Obamacare were to happen, you may be right.

Or the advances might just not happen. In the last five years 80% of the new lifesaving drugs have come from America. Drugs that are typically available here before they are in other countries. That's why we're paying a higher percentage of our GDP than they are. WE're getting better treatments.

Easy explanations for both of these --

a) Airports -- they have only a few major airports. It just doesn't cost that much to keep them up. And I doubt any of theirs can touch our best.

b) Cities - China has cut its business tax rates to attract more business to China. And they'll kill us. We've got liberals in control who have decided to try to kill business and capital investment in America. While the rest of the world -- EVEN F*CKING SWEDEN -- has finally figured out that supply side economics is the reason the US economy has grown for the last 30 years.
