You are right but I think you misunderstand the reason for "predicting" a downturn its not to bail out (well sometimes it is) but to average down or pick up more shares. The no news you have mentioned was determined last night to be "bad news". Not because it truly is bad news but at this stage of exploration NO NEWS is bad news to a market. Especially one that just got shafted by an Asian downturn. I think it will likely close lower tomorrow but I think there won't be sufficient movement from High to low to average anything down. (What do you think Ed?)
Whereas yesterday I was concerned with a "Friday selloff" I don't think this will be the case now.

You said:We now have more information than I have ever had the pleasure of seeing from any miner, and I for one appreciate it. I hate the short curt news releases with no background and no explaination. You are always left at the complete mercy of management which usually does not have shareholders interests in mind.

I agree a long disertation "no news release" is great for keeping a shareholder informed. But, You "never and I mean never" send one out when the market has ramped your stock up the day before thinking its full of numbers. They should have waited a week to deflate the ramp up. My opinion only. With any release of numbers it "should" be short and curt so there is nothing "read into a release" buy the media, the fund managers or the shareholders

your points are appreciated
